Jake was born on Monday, March 22nd at 2:38 p.m.
He weighed 8lb 3.3oz and measured 20.5 inches long.
So far, he has been great. Our first night at home was a little rough as to be expected but we are well aware it just takes time to switch his days/nights. He was more active at night from 15+ weeks on so I had a feeling it would be a long process to get his timing switched. The joys of babyhood :)
Enjoy the pictures. These are his actual hospital pictures, which I could not be more pleased with. Ryan and and I have laughed several times at how much things have changed in the 3 short years that we had Kate. From the pictures, to having to request a pacifier for a breastfed baby, so much was different in the hospital. The one thing that was not different was the care. We could not be more happy with everyone we came in contact with at Baptist East. The labor and delivery nurses had us in stitches, our OB was as caring and gentle as ever, and everyone in the nursery took such great care of Kate!
